Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 will apply.
- Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping at a flat rate of $9.99. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, the delivery time is usually between 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays:
- If there is a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
- Cure 24 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
