Refund and Return Policy

At Cure 24, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our supplement gummies. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for detailed information on how to return items, request a refund, or exchange a product.
Returns:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Support team at returns@cure24.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, or contact us at support@cure24.com.
Exchanges:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@cure24.com and we will guide you through the process.
- Exchange Process: If your request for an exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost once we receive the defective or damaged item.
Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Shipping Costs:
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Refunds: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
